Home To Stay Services Mission is to provide homeless families and individuals with, referrals, placement and educational services to assist them in maintaining long term stable housing, through in depth education on housing stability preparedness to attaining improved housing outcomes.

Home To Stay Services is a trusted Housing Referral and Inspection Service for families who are homeless or on the verge of becoming homeless.

We also assist families who are relocating to the area and need a safe service to assist them in finding a place to rent. We specialize in working with families and individuals who have prior evictions or criminal background who are not able to find a landlord to accept them with those barriers. We work with various landlords to provide referrals and placements for these families.

We are currently an ASO (Administrative Service Organization) provider through the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County. We are a registered  LLC with the State of Florida and Hillsborough County  Tax Services. We partner with several social service agencies, community organizations, churches and medical facilities to assist them in finding housing for their families. The President of the company is a former Code Enforcement Investigator of Hillsborough County Government for over 5 years and is certified in property management, and currently the Housing Manager for a large Social Service Agency in Tampa.
