By signing below I authorize Home 2 Stay to run a background check based on the information I have provided on this form. I authorize Home 2 Stay to share the information completed on this form and received in the criminal background check with landlords for the purposes of attempting to locate and/or find stable housing. Having a criminal background or prior eviction will not necessarily deny you placement. I am aware that the cost for the application/ administrative fee for processing application and background is $85 per person 18 or older administrative fee $125 per household, which is non refundable and payable by money to Home 2 Stay or debit/credit card via square. I am also aware that placement is not guaranteed. If we have already done work on your application and you found other placement, fee will not be refundable. Also, if we have referred you to at lease three landlords and you fail to follow thru your fees will not be refundable.
